PT-4 can be automatically dispensed into drains and septic systems using the Cloro-Doser^TM

A unique non-acid, non-caustic formulation, PT-4 safely liquefies and disperses grease, soap scum, food residue, sludge and other waste build-up in all types of plastic or metal plumbing. Pine scented Cloroben PT-4 helps prevent blockages before they happen and quickly cleans and deodorizes all parts of drainage systems. Can be safely used with rooting equipment for faster, easier and cleaner results.  Cleans greasy solids from tools and many types of hard surfaces.

PT-4 has a carry-through effect to sewers and septic systems. Greasy matter remains fluid and is prevented from redepositing, causing (crown) corrosion and the formation of sewer gases downstream. Since waste is solubilized it is readily available to waste stream microorganisms, theat begin the biodegradation process.

USDA authorized and biodegradable, PT-4 does not contain any petroleum-based solvents, ozone depleting substances, greenhouse gases, or agents listed as marine pollutants. Regular use of Cloroben PT-4 will keep drains free flowing clean, and odor free.

• Caution-The concentrate is a combustible liquid-Keep away from sparks, heat, and flames.
• Read all cautions and directions carefully before using this product.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. May cause skin irritation. Do not wear contact lenses.
• Harmful or fatal if swallowed.
• Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged or repeated inhalation of concentrated fumes in confined areas.
• Do not reuse container. Dispose of container in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Avoid contact with food.
• In the event of a spill, pick up and discard in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Waste material may become combustible. Wash down spill area with water.
• Do not mix with other chemicals.
• Avoid contact with the following materials: painted surfaces, linoleum, asphalt, and rubber. Prompt washing with plenty of water will minimize damage if spilled on the preceding materials.

Do not use PT4 on clogged drains-There must be some flow through the line before treatment. For slow drains/drain odor mix 2 ounces of products with 8 ounces of hot water, or fill to lines on mixing jar. Add the solution to the drain nightly until flow is restored and odors are gone, typically one to three daily applications. For best results, allow to work overnight or at least two hours before flushing with hot water and resuming drain use.

For preventive maintenance - Use 1 ounce of product mixed with 4 ounces of water weekly for each 2 household occupants. Treat a different drain each week.

LINE SNAKING- 1) Blend 1 part product with 4 parts warm water. 2) Begin using a mechanical snake while adding this solution to the line. The product's emulsifying action helps keep grease and sludge from redepositing on pipe walls for faster more complete cleaning. 3) Flush out the line with hot water while still running the snake. 4) Begin a preventative maintenance program.

COMMERCIAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE- Dispense product daily using 1 oz. for each inch of line diameter and 50 feet of drain line, or use 2 oz. for every 100 meals served. For best results add before the longest period of non-use. Flush with warm water the following day. When adding manually into sink traps, follow with 1 pint of warm water to flush the product past the trap.
