| Cloro-Doser TM
Automatic Dispenser |
| DESCRIPTION A dispensing system for automatic preventive maintenance programs designed to
manage waste and/or grease disposal. Automatic dosing improves the function and
condition of grease traps, prevents waste accumulation and odor problems in lines, floor
drains, traps, or disposal unit, and keeps sump lift stations operating properly. Reduces
or eliminates operation downtime and damage from grease trap overflow.
Integral peristaltic pump is self-priming and anti-siphoning. It utilizes an advanced
roller alignment system and rotor assembly designed to increase tube life.
Viton tubing
provides extended usage over other types of tubing. Proprietary design also lessens motor wear
and uses less power to extend battery life. Comes with all necessary fittings and tubing
to put the Cloro-Doser into immediate operation. Can be wall mounted with
included hardware.
The Cloro-Doser provides treatment versatility as it dispenses either PT-4 or PT-BIO1 products at variable times
and durations, even skipping days if needed for maximum effectiveness (up to 8 dosing
periods over 24 hours). An additional pump head option allows dosing in multiple locations
(part number 301020). Unaffected by power outages when useing eight Alkaline D cell batteries
(not included). Lasts approximately one year before replacement is necessary (enough power
to dispense about 60 gallons of product). Available power adapter replaces batteries if
standard house current is available at location (part number 301050). The timer power
storage cell does not require changing and is continuously recharged by the main power
supply used. This charge lasts several months so programmed events will be saved even if
the main power is removed. |

WARNINGS
CAUTIONS
DANGERS |
Read all cautions and
directions carefully before using this product. |
| DIRECTIONS FOR USE |
DAILY USAGE GUIDE:
The dosages listed below should be considered starting points. Conditions of plumbing,
types of food served, and kitchen practices may change product usage requirements. Fast
food or other types of restaurants not requiring dinnerware cleaning may only need to use
half the suggested amounts. Restaurants serving fatty foods may need to increase dosages.
Dosage amounts usually decrease as trap and lines become cleaner with Cloro-Doser use.
INSTALLATION:
In most facilities the product should be installed as far upstream as possible so the
greatest length of the most problematic drain areas receive product. Pot sink lines are
usually a good place to apply the dosage. The dispensing point should be slightly down
stream of any P trap. If dispensing into a floor sink or drain, push about two feet of the
doser discharge tubing into the drain so as to pass through the P trap that will be under
the floor and dispense product past it. Dispense into the soil stacks of multifamily
buildings.
